I have never seen an Ice Age film all the way through. I think if someone where to edit all the Scrat parts together (Scrat is the little dude pictured above who always has Warner Bros Golden Era cartoon-like fun as a C or D plot), that actually might be a lot of fun, but as for the plots and celebrity voices, I never got into them.

As opposed to the other two Ice Ages, which I have seen come and go from a purely publicity standpoint, this trailer is - arguably - better. The jokes in it work, the animation is funny, and you can only SOOOOOORRTA tell that some of these things were meant to be 3D gags (when Scrat gets his chest waxed, his nose will probably protrude ’till it pokes you in the eye).

The only question I have about this trailer is how well the penis joke plays at the very end. I saw it coming (as will anyone who can distinguish the sex of a water buffalo, or whatever the pre-historic equivalent is) but it’s obviously a joke about pulling a penis, and is that funny to the films target audience?
