
About 20 minutes of Sacha Baron Cohen’s Borat followup screened at SXSW and the reactions have been unsurprisingly positive. Borat was a brilliant film that got sadly overexposed way to fast and adopted by every douchebag you ran across with the damn mustaches and the “Eeets N-eye-ce,” and that was a way to quickly forget the caliber of comedy we actually saw on screen. Leave it to a Brit to show America in the light we don’t usually step into.
This time around, the plot has something to do with Bruno, a usually-gay Austrian designer who adopts a black baby from Africa and names him O.J., looks for a gay lover and - eventually - ends up in a homosexually charged cage match:
