It looks like Angelina Jolie and Liev Schreiber are having a ball on the Washington D.C. set of Salt where, I’m guessing, the two chase each other.

St. Angelina joined the project when it was originally titled Edwin A. Salt and featured Tom Cruise in the title role, but Cruise isn’t exactly the hottest property right now, so when he dropped out and Jolie wanted to step in, the gender roles were switched, the title abbreviated to “Salt” and principal photography commenced.

Jolie plays a CIA officer who’s accused by a defector of being a Russian sleeper spy and must elude capture long enough to establish her innocence. I’m guessing Schreiber’s character “Winter” is the agent in charge of taking her down. Unless, you know, this movie is original. Which I doubt for some reason.
