For those of you following the Late Night switch from Conan to Jimmy Fallon, I think we can all agree that Fallon is off to a rocky start. Granted, there are very few clean starts in Late Night, especially when your predecessor was Conan O’Brien. There’s a lot Fallon has to live up to and his mumbling charm isn’t saving him thus far.

Tina Fey did a little sexy dance on the show this week and, realizing that The Roots as his house band might be the best thing Fallon has going, the sexy dancing continued last night with a Cameron Diaz/Jimmy Fallon dance off.

Really, ever since Charlies Angels, the only thing Cameron Diaz has done right is sexy dancing, so we can see how this is playing to her only strength, even with the semi-lame OctoMom burn in the middle…

Because I’ve got the hots for sexy ladies with geeky dance moves, I’ll give Fallon a pass on last night’s lackluster episode and his totally not funny Angie/Jen sketch (you can watch the whole episode on HULU HERE).
