Even though the Black Widow’s fate is still in the air–along with Mickey “Give Eric Roberts Some Work” Rourke and god knows what else–it could be safe to assume the Iron Man sequel will follow the same track as the infamous “Demon in a Bottle” storyline.
Over at NPR–and let’s face it, who ever thought they’d see them and “Iron Man” in the same paragraph–a profile on production designer J. Michael Riva has the world’s best lede: potential spoilers for a comic franchise that nothing has been confirmed for!
Eight weeks before shooting began on Iron Man 2, J. Michael Riva had just gotten the first real script.
But he did have a list of sets and plot points. The first item on the list read: “Tony, in the Iron Man armor, pukes in a toilet.”
“I design a toilet,” says Riva. “My big job for the day. After that I can go home. My kids ask me, ‘What’d you do today, Dad?’ I designed a toilet!”
Rather than speculate anything else, we’ll simply assume a shot of Robert Downey Jr. vomiting in high-tech armor could be fairly awesome. But would it be nearly as awesome as this ULTRA-SECRET SCREENSHOT THAT B&U FOUND?!

We thinks not.
