Fine, that does it. I’m going to have to go buy this Scott Pilgram stuff, because all the women seem to have straight, dark hair and all the characters in the photos released by director Edgar Wright really accent their big, cute eyes. Even Michael Cera, who has been teetering on some edge where a resurgence in popularity is one way and a descent into obsurity the other, looks like he could pull this off if he just makes the tinest of tweaks to the character he usually plays.

There are five volumes in the Scott Pilgram story: Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Scott Pilgrim & The Infinite Sadness, Scott Pilgrim Gets It Together, and Scott Pilgrim vs. The Universe (which was just released two weeks ago). Each one is probably $9-12 dollars if Amazon is to be beleived, and I don’t have to file my taxes quite yet (and not in the state of California, thank God), so maybe I should get my act together and read this stuff.

Otherwise all I know is what I’m told which are that the following pictures are of Michael Cera as the lead, Scott, Anna Kendrick as Scott’s sister and some more beautiful Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Hopefully if I get on the Scott Pilgram train, I’ll be able to tell you more.
