Devastator, the huge Transformer that has yet to appear outside the above image, is going to be much bigger than expected. We always kind of figured the thing would be massive after we did our Devastator post from the Superbowl spot, but it turns out the thing is much bigger than expected. Also, Revenge of the Fallen is coming out a bit sooner than we thought…

Devastator is almost four times the size of the largest robots from the first film, an estimated 100 - 120 feet tall. Someone on the TWF2005 boards created a size comparison mockup, and if that’s the scale, Devastator is going to be HUGE.

We also learned that The Fallen is one of the original 13 Transformers, sort of like “apostles” of the Transformers universe and that Fallen was the guy who split the species into Autobots and Decepticons.

All of this will be cleared up sooner as the release date for the film has been pushed forward two glorious days. Instead of June 26th, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will hit on Wednesday June 24th.
