I’m sorry, I really shouldn’t make fun of dialects, especially when there is so much I don’t understand about Japanese film marketing. Who on earth thinks Daniel Radcliffe can sell a movie to Japanese film goers without look enthusiastic at all?
Are the Japanese much more advanced than us, does the average movie-goer know that they sat Dan down in a chair and had him shoot dozens of lead-ins for promotional material? Or are they just so thrilled to see the actor who plays Harry Potter introduce something that it’s fine when he delivers it looking like he’s tierd of pretending.
Not to mention overly enthusiastic narrator, and the fact that this highlights The Half-Blood Prince’s memory storyline, not the love storyline, which takes up just as much of the movie (we hear).
Check it out, inside…
