We’re hot off of watching the trailer for Crossing Over starring Harrison Ford, Ashley Judd, Sean Penn, and Ray Liotta. We had to double check that cast listing, because Sean Penn is nowhere in the trailer. All we get in the trailer is an old-looking Harrison Ford taking care of someone else’s kid, Ray Liotta sleeping with someone because he’s promised her a green card and a glimpse at another 2 or 3 side stories where - here’s the shocker - circumstances point out the flaws in US Immigration policy.

Injustice: is it abound in real life? Yes. But Paul Haggis’ Crash force-fed us the whole “racism is bad” thing all the way to Oscar gold for no damn reason.

If we wanted to see after-school specials, we’d still be in school. But then again, it’s just an opinion. What’s yours?
