Nick Bollea (Hogan), the son of Hulk Hogan, plead no contest to felony reckless driving charges stemming from the horrible accident on August 26th that left his friend, John Graziano, in bad shape (basically a vegetable). Throughout the process of the investigation, many previous driving infractions were brought to light, leading to the assumption that Nick Hogan is a bad driver, and untrustworthy friend and douche who deserved to go to jail for a little while, just to see if he was worth saving.

He was sentenced to 8 months in May and now - five months later - he has been released early on good behavior…

According to sources on the scene, Bollea arrived at the family home at approx 12:50 AM, finding the residence decked out in Halloween decorations. There were also plentiful shouts, cheers and loud music heard coming out of the Hogan home. Just prior to her brother’s release, Brooke wrote on her MySpace page, “I can’t even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me! Nick and I are like best friends…and I can’t believe how long I’ve gone without him.” She added, “I just can’t wait to see my Nicky! I’m gonna make him every kind of food you can possibly think of! He’s been living on bread and potatoes so far and I know some Mac-n-Cheese is gonna hit the spot! LOL”
