We wish we were at the Bowery Hotel here in New York last night. Not because it was Marc Anthony’s birthday and we could have gotten a look at J. Lo’s ankle for ourselves, but because Lindsay Lohan looks to have fritzed out and reverted back to pre-rehab Lindsay, if only for about 20 seconds.

TMZ says:
Lilo was heading into The Bowery Hotel when she tripped over a metal barricade that had been set up. According to our guy on the scene, Lindsay must have thought one of the paps tripped her because she turned around and punched a photog in the nose!

She was on the phone at the time and, after the punch, told whoever she was talking to, “Oh my God, I just hit a paparazzi.”

The PoPo was called, but the pap didn’t want to file charges. Not only does he have the best Lohan story of the day, but I’d imagine he’s always wanted to trip Lindsay anyway.
