Filming for Ben Stiller’s next sequel, Night At The Museum 2: Battle Of The Smithsonian has resumed. We last heard from the production in May when they were in Washington DC shooting exteriors of Stiller running around the mall.

These photos, on the other hand, are a whole new barrel of monkeys. Not only do we get to see a lot of Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart, but we’re pretty sure Pocahontas is in there with Ghengis Kahn and some other Kahns and cavemen.

Kahns and Cavemen: there’s a band name for you.

Most curious is some sort of faux-gold tablet that Stiller’s character is carrying. That or the kissing Amelia Earhart.

Dick Van Dyke, Owen Wilson, Ricky Gervais, Robin Williams and Steve Coogan are also returning for Museum 2, with veteran Hank Azaria as a villainous Pharaoh.
