Just a short item here, since an editorial decision was made to cover Lindsay Lohan’s new album. We made that decision after Universal Music Group threatened to ban Dave from YouTube for posting the leaked track “Bossy,” only to send him a press release e-mail with the same version of the song almost immediately after the YouTube thing panned out.

Lindsay’s new CD is going to be called Spirit In The Dark, which is a badass Aretha Franklin tune that we really hope Lindsay doesn’t try to butcher.

Spirit In The Dark will be coming out on November 4th and will feature the single “Playground,” produced by Pharrell Williams. You can expect the single to be here by mid-September.

We were kind of hoping she would call her CD: “84 Minutes To Save The World” as a dual parody of Madonna’s top single and the actual amount of jail time Lohan actually served.
