Mandate pictures saw something in a comedy short written by Superbad writers Seth Rogan and Even Goldberg (also the writers of Pineapple Express a Green Hornet movie and an upcoming Simpsons episode) and has decide to pick it up for a feature.

It will be called Jay and Seth Vs. the Apocalypse and is about two dudes who…um…are living through the apcaylpse.

A trailer for the short was released last summer and still exists in YouTube land, so in an interesting twist of fate, we can bring you the announcement and the first teaser.
