There was a pause in the production day for Tom Hank’s Da Vinci Code sequel, Angels & Demons, yesterday. Whatever Doctor Robert Langdon was doing on the Rome set, it was dangerous.

Hanks stopped production while medics looked at his finger. No joke.

Thanks be to the very God they are blaspheming, medics declared Hanks good to go for the rest of the day’s schedule, which probably involved reaction shots. And for those reaction shots, he got paid more than we do in a full year.
