Nick Bollea (Hogan), the son of Hulk Hogan, plead no contest to felony reckless driving charges stemming from the horrible accident on August 26th that left his friend, John Graziano, in bad shape.

Nick was sentenced to eight months in a Florida jail, beginning immediately. After he gets out, he still has five years probation, 500 hours of community service to look forward to. That’s while he’s required to be sober and after they take away his drivers license for three years.

Props go to the Florida judge who saw past CelebJustice and brought down the hammer. It was a horrible incident that no one intended, so though he has to serve the time, the felony will be wiped from his record when he turns 18 this summer.
