Stephenie Myer, the author of the young adult novel twilight and it’s three sequels (though the fourth book, Breaking Dawn isn’t released until August), must be pretty psyched right now.

Her movie seems to be building an unusual amount of steam amongst the disposable income demographic, and the marketing team is hitting all the right notes, releasing the teaser on MySpace instead of with Speed Racer and letting the teaser poster go first to MTV (click on thumbnail to grow it).

Not only that…

..but 18-year-old rock photographer Jowy Lawrence told MTv he’d be doing the posters for “all the [Twilight] movies.” So, somewhere, someone is talking sequel deals.
