We don’t know why the story of 17-year-old Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) moving to a town in Washington, meeting a guy named Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) who ends up being a vampire is so insanely popular. It seems like we can’t go anywhere without eventually hearing from a fan of the series, or how the internet traffic and buzz around this one is unusually large.
There were rumors that the first Twilight teaser was going to be attached to Speed Racer, rumors some were ready to attribute to any grond Speed Racer gained for what is tracking as a lackluster opening weekend.
But it looks like the Twilight crew knew their audience and released the first teaser on MySpace.
