What’s the best thing about getting Hi-Res trailers as downloads? Going frame-by-frame through some awesome visuals.
Beware the spoilers, boys and girls, there are brief glimpses in the Dark Knight trailer of plot details.
That we will point out and explain BELOW THE CUT!
Ok, last warning, spoilers below this awesome image.

Ok.
The first thin that is barely noticeable is that when Bats lands on the roof of the van, it is most definitely the van from the Scarecrow gang, as someone – perhaps the Scarecrow himself – is driving said van.

We do know that since his appearance in Batman Begins, the Scarecrow has become one of Gotham’s big crime bosses.

Second freeze-frame: Two-Face. There he is, don’t expect to see what the other side of that charring looks like until the film actually comes out. We don’t even want to know, the excitement is totally worth it.
And now for the HUGEST SPOILER:

Yup, that’s the Joker throwing Rachel Dawes off a building.
That shot, paired with this quote from Aaron Eckhart (Harvey/Two-Face) in the LA Times this week gives A LOT away:
“The difference between Batman and Two-Face is how far they are willing to go and how they make their point,” Eckhart said. “Otherwise, we’re talking about vigilante crime-fighting. That’s what Batman is all about. He has a strong sense of justice. And Harvey Dent has an extremely strong sense of justice. His fiancée is killed. He’s horribly injured. But he is still true to himself. He’s a crime fighter, he’s not killing good people. He’s not a bad guy, not purely.”
That’s how The Joker makes Two-Face.
Odd that they’d hide this shot in the trailer, but maybe it’s not how Rachel meets her ultimate end?
