Mischa Barton, that bitch from The OC whom we’ve been able to ignore up until last December has accepted a plea deal that will not end in jail time.

Once again sending a message to the many young girls in Hollywood that their role models are dangerous drunkards and this is ok (we don’t know if these girls exists, but Paris Hilton insists they do).

Barton was pulled over on December 27th for swerving between lanes and not signaling when she turned, potentially endangering lives. Then, yesterday, she pled No Contest and got three-years unsupervised probation, a three-month alcohol class and a $1700 fine.

This is disgusting and we’re pissed enough not to go a-ranting.

Just think about it and stew with us: if we were to be in the exact same position (and back when we lived in a car-city, we had many friends who were), we’d be jailed no questions.
