The Punisher will see the courtroom, as well as being crowned the first newsworthy DUI of St. Patrick’s Day.

Thomas Jane (Punisher, upcoming Mutant Chronicles) was pulled over for speeding on I-5 and blew a blood alcohol level above .08%. He was then arrested for a full-blown DUI.

He has already been released after sobering up, but I bet he had to go home and laugh about it with wife Patricia Arquette.

Way to ring in St. Patrick’s Day.

At least no one was hurt. For all we know, Thomas Jane drives drunk better than anyone we know.
