There have been lots of guessing games played with the appearance of Aaron Eckhart’s Two-Face in the upcoming Dark Knight. Nolan himself said this character has more of an arc than the Joker, who is more like an unbridled force of nature.

After Heath Ledger’s death, Warners soothed their theaters with the knowledge that they had always planned to transition into Two-Face promos, even if Ledger hadn’t expired before release.

But we still didn’t know what Two-Face looked like, and now we do.

Sort of.

The blurry shot above links to the original Dark Horizons story of how an intrepid photographer managed to sneak some blurry shots out of New York’s super-secretive Toy-Fair.

We actually like this image. For too long, the character of Two-Face has silently held the weight of the massive misconception that if you block flying acid with your hand, this can somehow still create a perfect half-and-half split.

No scarred nose and that little patch of Aaron Eckhart forehead finally adapts to this fallacy. Not to mention that one eye is definitely red, which should bode well for the make-up/CGI hybrid Two-Face we’ve been promised.
