Nicole Kidman’s Australian publicist has flat out denied reports by British tabloids claiming that the star told her husband’s family she was pregnant.
“It is incorrect . . . she must have had about 30 babies by now,” her spokeswoman said.
“She’s in Australia making a film and her family are in Australia. She’s happily ensconced away somewhere having a few days break. It’s the silly season. As far as we’re concerned, it’s another rumor out of London.”
On the other side of things, News.com.au has found a “friend” of Nicole’s who says Mrs. Keith Urban might be lying.
“She did have a small baby bump a month ago, so it would be reasonable that she’d now be three months and telling her friends and family,” the friend said.
After all the pregnancy denials of 2007, this is just par for the course. Nicole could take the Christina Aguilera way out and not say anything until it is blatantly obvious, or she could go the route of J.Lo and break the news at some Kidman-friendly event.
Either way, our attention is waning with this whole “is she is, or is she ain’t” game.
