Giles and Lohan met in rehab and briefly dated, but now that the ball is loose from the chain, Riley is selling out to the tabloids as much as possible. Last week, he popped up in News of the World telling everyone that Lindsay had exchanged her coke addiction for a sex addiction while they were dating. Now, he’s pimping out pictures of Lindsay “in various states of undress.”

Reports MSNBC:

“Say what you will about their relationship, but I don’t think she ever imagined he would do this to her,” a source close to Lohan said.

All of Giles’ recent tongue wagging detracts from the fact that Lohan has cleaned up her act considerably. “Lindsay has worked really hard to get clean. She’s finally the ‘old’ Lindsay, and now she’s got to deal with this,” said a pal of Lohan’s.

Say what we will about the relationship, huh? How about: if I got dumped by Lindsay Lohan, I would cash in too.
