People Magazine reported that Lindsay Lohan has broken up with snowboarder Riley Giles, or as he will be referred to for the rest of this post, Riley Giley.

The not so happy couple met at Utah’s Cirque Lodge, where Lohan was seeking drug treatment. The reasons for the split are not immediately obvious, as Riley Giley seemed to be popular with the Lohans. Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father, was reported to have said “He’s a great, great kid. If you met him, you’d like him.” This claim cannot be affirmed since no one at The Bad and Ugly has ever met Mr. Giley.

A nasty, unconfirmed, definitely untrue rumor has it that Lohan dumped Riley Giley after learning that he was into a totally different kind of skiing than she thought.

Ms. Lohan would not have time to be offended by this rumor even if she had heard it, as she is working on a new album (for Motown, somehow) to be released next year and a cameo on ABC’s Ugly Betty, if and when the writer’s strike ends of course.
