The astronomical paychecks of Hollywood’s high-paid heroines must be going to their heads, because they seem to be just losing it these days. As we reported earlier, Reese Witherspoon was caught possibly fornicating on a flight yesterday, and now Julia Roberts is chasing down paparazzi in her own humble Mercedes SUV according to the AFP.
The photographers were hounding Ms. Roberts near a school on Thursday when she began chasing their vehicle with her own and demanding that they pull over. “I want to talk to you about the fact that you’re at a school where children go,” is apparently the most blistering condemnation Roberts could muster when confronting the photo freaks. It is unclear if she would have been so angry had they been at a school where people other than children go.
This is just the latest in a series of flashpoints involving the paparazzi of late. Roberts’ Oceans 11 costar George Clooney had problems with them earlier this month, condemning them for breaking the law to get their scoops.
No paparazzi could be reached for comment to see if any of this hurt their feelings.
